Description
The Hotsy Model 1454N provides high-pressure hot water cleaning for manufacturing plants operating on 230V 3-phase electricity (24 amps) and natural gas. Its 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) drives a Hotsy HM4035R.3 belt-drive pump to generate 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The natural gas burner produces 364,835 BTU/hr through an upright 1/2-inch Schedule 80 steel coil insulated with thick ceramic fiber. Programmable Smart Control Automation manages system runtime, providing automated start/stop and time-delay shutdowns to extend component life. Equipped with an internal float tank to regulate water flow and eliminate sediment, dual V-belt power transmission, adjustable temperature controls, a self-resetting pressure relief valve, upstream soap injection, hose reel mount slot, and a 50-foot hose.
