Description
The Hotsy Model 1454P is a industrial-grade stationary pressure washer built for facilities with 230V 3-phase electrical service (24 amps). Driven by a 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) and dual V-belt transmission, it supplies 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI using a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump. Heating is powered by a 360,997 BTU/hr liquid propane burner encased in a vertical Schedule 80 coil wrapped in ceramic fiber insulation. System functions are governed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, allowing facility managers to set precise auto start/stop and delay shutdown parameters. Machine protections include an internal float tank to protect pump seals from debris, an adjustable thermostat, safety pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, a built-in hose reel mount, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with cool-grip wand.
