Description
The Hotsy Model 1455N is a low-draw, high-output stationary hot water pressure washer designed for industrial operations on 460V 3-phase power (12 amps) with natural gas hookups. Driven by a 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), its dual V-belt drive turns a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump to deliver 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Water temperature is raised by a 364,835 BTU/hr natural gas burner wrapped around a ceramic fiber-insulated Schedule 80 coil. Managed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, operators can configure automated start/stop and time-delay shutdown routines. Standard equipment includes a protective float tank to maintain steady inlet flow, adjustable thermostat controls, a pressure relief safety valve, upstream soap injection, an integrated hose reel mount, and a 50-foot hose.
