Description
The Hotsy Model 1456N offers high-pressure stationary hot water cleaning for industrial plants with 575V 3-phase electrical power (10 amps) and natural gas utility connections. Driven by an 8.2 HP electric motor (3450 RPM), its dual V-belt drive powers a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump to supply 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Thermal power is supplied by a 364,835 BTU/hr natural gas burner wrapped around a vertical ceramic-insulated Schedule 80 coil. Featuring Programmable Smart Control Automation, the system provides flexible control over auto start/stop functions and time-delay shutdowns. Standard hardware includes a float tank to regulate incoming water pressure and prevent sediment intake, an adjustable thermostat, pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, built-in hose reel mount, and 50 feet of hose.
