Engineered for high-volume stationary cleaning on 208V 3-phase power (34 amps), the Hotsy Model 1475N delivers 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 10 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), its dual V-belt transmission powers a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump for quiet, dependable operation. The natural gas burner supplies 378,617 BTU/hr of thermal output, utilizing a ceramic-insulated Schedule 80 coil to maintain continuous water temperature. Managed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, the unit allows users to set tailored auto start/stop and delay shutdown functions. Outfitted with an internal float tank to shield pump seals from water debris, an adjustable thermostat, safety pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, built-in hose reel mount slot, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with an insulated wand.
