Description
The Hotsy Model 1475P combines high water volume and heavy pressure for facilities operating on 208V 3-phase electrical power (34 amps). Powered by a 10 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) with dual V-belt drive, it generates 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI through a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump. Water heating is handled by a 378,617 BTU/hr liquid propane burner encased in a vertical Schedule 80 heating coil wrapped in dense ceramic fiber insulation. Featuring Programmable Smart Control Automation, users can customize auto start/stop logic and time-delay shutdowns to reduce pump wear during breaks. Standard equipment includes an internal float tank to prevent sediment intake and stabilize pressure, adjustable thermostat control, a pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, built-in hose reel mount, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
