Description
Engineered for stationary industrial wash pads operating on 460V 3-phase power (17 amps) and natural gas, the Hotsy Model 1476N produces 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 10 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), its dual V-belt configuration drives a Hotsy HM4035R.3 pump to flush heavy grime effortlessly. The natural gas heating system generates 378,617 BTU/hr inside a vertical Schedule 80 coil wrapped in dense ceramic fiber insulation. Programmable Smart Control Automation comes standard, giving operators complete control over machine runtimes, auto start/stop, and time-delay shutdown settings. Includes an internal float tank to prevent sediment damage, an adjustable thermostat control panel, pressure relief safety protection, upstream soap injection, built-in hose reel mounting, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
