Description
The Hotsy Model 1476P is built for industrial operations requiring top-tier washing output on a 460V 3-phase electrical supply (17 amps). Driven by a 10 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), its dual V-belt system operates a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump outputting 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Its 378,617 BTU/hr liquid propane burner features a 1/2-inch Schedule 80 vertical coil wrapped in thick ceramic fiber insulation for superior heat retention. Equipped with Programmable Smart Control Automation, the system provides configurable time-delay shutdown and auto start/stop routines. Standard hardware includes a float tank to stabilize inlet pressure and filter particles, adjustable temperature controls, a self-resetting pressure relief safety valve, upstream detergent injection, integrated hose reel mount, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
