Description
The Hotsy Model 5730SS is an industrial-grade stationary hot water pressure washer designed for extreme wash-bay operations running on 230V 3-phase electrical power (44 amps). Equipped with a 20 HP electric motor mounted on slide-out rails for easy servicing, it drives a large-frame Hotsy HX9536L.2 triplex pump using a vertical banded belt system to output 8.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Water temperature is elevated by an oil-fired vertical heating coil generating 768,000 BTU/hr, enclosed inside a protective stainless-steel coil skin. Programmable Smart Control Automation governs runtimes, auto start/stop logic, and time-delay shutdown, accessed via an internal Smart Relay behind the main panel. Built for heavy continuous usage, the unit features NESTechnology with U-seals for three times longer pump life, removable side panels, a pivoting burner assembly for easy ring and pilot access, an over-pressurization safety relief valve, adjustable upstream detergent injection, color-coded nozzles, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with an insulated cool-grip spray wand.
