Designed for fixed industrial cleaning stations with natural gas utility connections, the Hotsy Model 921N delivers 4.0 GPM at 2300 PSI. Powered by a 6.2 HP motor on a 208V 1-phase electrical line (32 amps), its dual V-belt drive system optimizes power transfer to a long-lasting Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump backed by a 7-year warranty. The natural gas (NG) burner generates 364,835 BTU/hr of heating capacity, utilizing an upright ceramic-insulated Schedule 80 coil assembly. Equipped with Programmable Smart Control Automation, users can program auto start/stop and time-delay shutdowns to prevent unnecessary pump idling. Standard features include a protective float tank to filter sediment and buffer water surges, adjustable temperature management, safety pressure relief protection, adjustable upstream soap injection, integrated hose reel mount, and a complete 50-foot spray gun assembly with an adjustable side handle.
