The Hotsy Model 926N offers heavy-duty stationary hot water cleaning for industrial sites configured with 575V 3-phase power and natural gas supply lines. Operating at a low 1800 RPM, its 5 HP motor draws only 7 amps while driving a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump to deliver 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. The natural gas burner supplies 364,835 BTU/hr of thermal output through an efficient, ceramic-wrapped Schedule 80 vertical heating coil. Machine operation is governed by Hotsy’s Programmable Smart Control Automation, which manages system runtimes, auto start/stop, and time-delay shutdowns to extend machine life. It comes equipped with an internal float tank to maintain stable water supply pressure, dual V-belt power transmission, adjustable temperature controls, upstream high-pressure detergent injection, a built-in hose reel mounting bracket, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with an insulated wand.
