Tailored for manufacturing plants equipped with 575V 3-phase power, the stationary Hotsy Model 926P draws just 7 amps while supplying 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. Driven by a 5 HP slow-speed motor operating at 1800 RPM, its belt-drive configuration reduces mechanical vibration and wear on the Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump. Heated by liquid propane (LP), the 364,835 BTU/hr upright burner rapidly elevates water temperature inside a ceramic fiber-insulated 1/2-inch Schedule 80 coil. System operation is managed via Programmable Smart Control Automation, enabling automated start/stop functionality and customizable time-delay shutdown intervals. Operational highlights include an integrated float tank to safeguard pump components from water debris, dual V-belt drive efficiency, adjustable thermostat controls, a pressure relief safety valve, upstream detergent injection, a built-in hose reel mount, and 50 feet of wire-braided hose with an insulated trigger gun.
