Description
Built for daily industrial cleaning in facilities with 208V 3-phase power and natural gas service, the stationary Hotsy Model 942N delivers a robust 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. Driven by a 5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) drawing 18 amps, its dual V-belt system provides smooth power transfer to a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump. The natural gas burner supplies 364,835 BTU/hr, utilizing an upright heating coil insulated with ceramic fiber for rapid heat transfer and constant temperature maintenance. Equipped with Programmable Smart Control Automation, operator controls include customizable auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown routines. Standard components include a float tank to buffer water pressure, an adjustable thermostat, a self-resetting pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, an integrated hose reel mounting slot, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with an insulated trigger gun.
