Description
The Hotsy Model 943N brings high-efficiency stationary hot water cleaning to plants with 230V single-phase electrical power and natural gas service. Drawing 25 amps, its 5 HP motor operates at a slow 1725 RPM to drive a belt-driven Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump delivering 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. The natural gas burner generates 364,835 BTU/hr, wrapped in a ceramic-insulated Schedule 80 heating coil to ensure stable, high water temperatures. Controlled by Hotsy’s Programmable Smart Control Automation, users benefit from customizable time-delay shutdowns and auto start/stop logic that reduces unnecessary component wear. Outfitted with an integrated float tank, dual V-belt power transmission, adjustable temperature controls, an over-pressurization relief valve, upstream soap injection, hose reel mounting slot, and a 50-foot hose with an insulated cool-grip wand.
