Description
The Hotsy Model 944N provides continuous stationary hot water cleaning for industrial facilities connected to 230V 3-phase electrical systems and natural gas pipelines. Operating on 16 amps, its 5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) powers a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump via a dual V-belt drive, generating 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. Its 364,835 BTU/hr natural gas burner utilizes a vertical Schedule 80 heating coil wrapped in thick ceramic fiber for optimal heat retention. Programmable Smart Control Automation manages equipment runtime, including automated start/stop and time-delay shutdown routines. Designed for demanding environments, it features an internal float tank to prevent sediment contamination, an adjustable thermostat, safety pressure relief protection, upstream soap injection, built-in hose reel mounting, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with an ergonomic trigger gun.
