Description
Engineered for facilities configured with 208V 3-phase electrical power (41 amps), the Hotsy Model 1832SS-208 delivers high-impact 6.0 GPM washing power at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 15 HP Baldor motor equipped with thermal overload protection, it powers a large-frame Hotsy HX9536L.2 belt-drive pump featuring long-life NESTechnology U-seals. Water is rapidly heated by a natural gas vertical burner producing 558,050 BTU/hr, protected by a durable stainless-steel coil skin. Operations are regulated via an internal Smart Relay for setting auto start/stop functionality, while the thermostat is located behind a removable front panel to guard against unauthorized adjustments. Built for continuous industrial use, it features removable cabinet panels, a water-protected elevated gas valve, a drop-down burner assembly for simple pilot access, a safety relief valve, upstream detergent sudsing, color-coded nozzles, and a 50-foot hose with cool-grip wand.
