Description
The Hotsy Model 5832SS offers massive water volume capability in the 5800 Series lineup, outputting an impressive 9.5 GPM at 2500 PSI on 230V 3-phase power (42 amps). Driven by a 20 HP electric motor mounted on slide-out rails, its vertical banded belt drives a heavy-duty Hotsy HX1036L.2 triplex pump to flush away heavy mud, grease, and industrial buildup rapidly. Water is heated by a high-capacity natural gas vertical burner delivering 939,890 BTU/hr, protected inside a sleek stainless-steel coil skin. Programmable Smart Control Automation comes standard, providing customized auto start/stop logic and time-delay shutdown settings via an internal Smart Relay. Complete with an elevated gas valve placed away from water spray, a pivoting burner assembly for pilot maintenance, removable cabinet access panels, a safety relief valve, upstream detergent injection, color-coded quick-connect nozzles, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
