Description
Tailored for heavy industrial plants configured with 575V 3-phase electrical power, the stationary Hotsy Model 5836SS draws only 16 amps while outputting an impressive 9.5 GPM at 2500 PSI. Its 20 HP motor is mounted on slide-out rails for easy removal and drives a large-frame Hotsy HX1036L.2 belt-drive pump featuring NESTechnology U-seals. Thermal heat is supplied by a natural gas vertical burner producing 939,890 BTU/hr, wrapped in a protective stainless-steel coil skin. Managed through Programmable Smart Control Automation, operators benefit from customizable auto start/stop functionality and time-delay shutdown routines. Outfitted for continuous daily use, it includes an elevated gas valve protected against water splashes, a drop-down burner assembly, easily removable side panels, an over-pressurization safety relief valve, upstream soap injection, color-coded nozzles, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
