Description
The Hotsy Model 855 is built for manufacturing facilities and industrial plants operating on 460V 3-phase power (drawing 14 amps). Powered by a heavy-duty 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), this belt-drive unit provides a consistent 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI for high-impact hot water cleaning. Thermal energy is supplied by a 381,000 BTU/hr oil burner enclosed in a protective stainless-steel coil skin. System longevity is prioritized through a Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump with a 7-year warranty, a 5-year heater coil warranty, and an integrated float tank that prevents sediment from entering internal components. The cabinet features a 28-inch width for passing through standard doors, complemented by forklift slots, solid rubber tires, and front casters. Includes an easy-to-use control panel with adjustable thermostat, an 8-gallon fuel tank with built-in cap gauge, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
