Description
Engineered specifically for manufacturing plants equipped with 575V 3-phase electrical infrastructure, the Hotsy Model HWE-402009F draws 46 amps while delivering 3.5 GPM at 2000 PSI. Powered by a 5 HP Baldor electric motor mounted on four vibration isolators, its belt-drive setup reduces mechanical stress on the Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump. Water heating is handled by nine clean electric heating elements outputting 138,308 BTU/hr without immersion in the water stream, ensuring lower long-term maintenance. Automated operation is provided by an Auto Start/Stop feature that engages the machine instantly via the spray gun trigger. Housed in a heavy-duty cabinet with an epoxy powder coat finish, standard hardware includes a low-water float switch to safeguard heating coils, magnetic motor starting controls, an inlet water strainer, detergent injection, quick-coupler nozzles, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose with an insulated trigger gun wand.
