Description
Combining rugged engine power with smooth belt-drive operation, the Hotsy Model 1075BE (Vanguard edition) generates 4.0 GPM at 3500 PSI to cut through heavy oil and grease. Powered by a 408cc Vanguard 400 gas engine, its belt-drive Hotsy HM4035L.3 triplex pump operates at lower RPMs to reduce internal wear and absorb operational vibrations. High thermal power is provided by a 12V DC oil burner delivering 385,800 BTU/hr. Built around a durable roll-cage chassis equipped with overhead lifting eyes, the machine offers versatile mounting options—convertible into trailer, caster, or skid configurations. Standard operational features include a removable 8-gallon fuel tank with built-in cap gauge, an intuitive control box with an adjustable thermostat, lighted burner switch, and hour meter, downstream detergent injection, and 50 feet of high-pressure wire-braided hose with a cool-grip spray wand.
