Description
Powered by a high-displacement 764cc LC2V80F-D gas engine, the Hotsy Model 1270SSK supplies 4.5 GPM at 4000 PSI for commercial washdowns. The belt-driven Hotsy HX5843R.2 triplex ceramic plunger pump operates at lower RPMs for long service life and reduced wear. Its oil-fired 12V DC burner generates 414,318 BTU/hr inside a vertical Schedule 80 coil wrapped in stainless steel. Built into a roll-cage frame featuring a coil stabilizing strap, it prevents internal component movement during mobile transport. Operational highlights include an integrated float tank to regulate inlet pressure, a rust-proof 8-gallon fuel tank with cap-mounted gauge, an accessible control panel with thermostat and hour meter, upstream soap injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with cool-grip wand.
