Description
The Hotsy Model 1080BE steps up water volume to a high-capacity 4.6 GPM at 3500 PSI, designed for severe commercial washdown tasks. Driven by a powerful 570cc Vanguard 18 electric-start gas engine, its belt-driven triplex pump runs at reduced RPMs to minimize wear and enable pulling water directly from supply tanks. Heating capability is backed by a 12V DC oil-fired burner generating 385,800 BTU/hr. Constructed within a heavy-duty steel roll-cage chassis with overhead hoisting eyes, this unit supports conversion to skid, caster, or trailer mounting. Standard conveniences include an 8-gallon rust-proof poly fuel tank with fuel gauge cap, a central control panel with adjustable thermostat and hour meter, downstream detergent injection, and a complete 50-foot wire-braided high-pressure hose paired with an insulated cool-grip spray gun wand.
