Driven by a 24 HP Tier IV Kubota D1105-E4B diesel engine, its tri-banded belt drive powers a Hotsy HX1036R.2 triplex ceramic plunger pump. Its 12V DC Wayne burner supplies a massive 780,000 BTU/hr of thermal energy, utilizing a foil-insulated 3/4-inch Schedule 80 heating coil wrapped in stainless steel. Built on a square tube frame, the unit features dual 25-gallon fuel tanks (50 gallons total) for long continuous wash operations. Features include a fuel/water separator, a central control panel with an adjustable thermostat, hour meter, volt meter, and key switch, a high-capacity VRT100 unloader, thermal safety relief protection, remote tank plumbing, and 50 feet of 1/2-inch two-wire high-pressure hose.
