Description

The Hotsy Model HSS-503069E is an industrial diesel-powered hot water pressure washer engineered for continuous remote cleanup. Driven by a 16 HP Tier IV Kubota Z602-E4B diesel engine with electric start, its belt-drive transmission powers a tri-banded Hotsy HX5843R.2 triplex pump to output 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The 12V DC Wayne oil burner supplies 465,000 BTU/hr of thermal energy through a 3/4-inch Schedule 80 steel coil encased in a stainless-steel skin and foil-backed insulation. Built on a square tube skid frame with removable supports, it features dual 25-gallon cross-linked HDPE diesel tanks for extended runtimes. Standard components include a fuel/water separator, a water-resistant control panel with a key ignition, volt meter, hour meter, and adjustable thermostat, a high-flow VRT100 unloader valve, a pressure relief safety valve, ready-plumbed remote tank fittings, and 50 feet of two-wire heavy-duty hose.
