Its 6 HP motor drives a Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex plunger pump using a smooth belt-drive setup that reduces vibration and operating noise. Built with cast-iron pulleys and notched V-belts for heat dissipation, the unit features an integrated hot water seal kit handling incoming water up to 145°F for superior grease reduction. Designed for flexible shop installation, it mounts easily on walls or floor stands to keep floor spaces clear. Outfitted for daily industrial use, standard amenities include a visual service hour meter, downstream detergent injection, a zinc-plated dual-lance wand with variable pressure controls, tri-lingual safety decals, stainless quick-connect nozzles, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
