Description
The Hotsy Model 1744 delivers high-volume, high-pressure cold water cleaning for plants equipped with 230V 3-phase electrical infrastructure (26.8 amps). Powered by a robust 10 HP electric motor, it drives a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump to output 4.8 GPM at 3000 PSI. Its belt-drive system incorporates cast-iron pulleys and notched V-belts to reduce operating temperature and vibration. Factory hot water seals enable the pump to receive supply water up to 145°F, enhancing grease-dissolving performance. Designed for versatile facility integration, it supports optional wall brackets and hose reel kits. Standard equipment includes an in-use hour meter to track maintenance intervals, downstream detergent injection, a zinc-plated variable-pressure dual-lance wand, tri-lingual instruction labels, color-coded nozzles, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
