The Hotsy Model CWC-64 is engineered for fixed wash stations in commercial facilities powered by 230V 3-phase electricity (18 amps). Its 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) drives a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump, producing a high-volume 5.0 GPM flow rate at 2000 PSI to wash away loose debris and grease rapidly. Featuring NESTechnology U-seals and a vertical tensioned belt design, it operates cooler and smoother while reducing routine belt maintenance. System control is managed via Hotsy’s Programmable Smart Control Automation, which manages auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown logic to prevent pump overheating. Ideal for food processing wash bays, the cabinet accepts pre-heated plant water lines and includes an internal float tank to protect pump seals from grit, removable service access panels, a locking top cover, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
