Description
Built for permanent installation in industrial facilities with 208V 3-phase power and natural gas hookups, the Hotsy Model 1452N outputs 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Operating on 24 amps, its 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM) reduces component wear on the belt-driven Hotsy HM4035R.3 pump. Thermal heating is provided by a 364,835 BTU/hr natural gas burner wrapped around a ceramic fiber-insulated Schedule 80 coil. Managed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, the system features configurable auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown modes. Key features include an internal float tank to shield the pump from sediment, dual V-belt power transmission, an adjustable thermostat, a safety pressure relief valve, upstream soap injection, integrated hose reel mounting, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with an insulated trigger gun wand.
