Description
The Hotsy Model 1452P provides heavy-duty 3000 PSI hot water cleaning for industrial wash bays equipped with 208V 3-phase power (24 amps). Powered by a 7.5 HP slow-speed motor running at 1725 RPM, it drives a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump to supply 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Water is rapidly heated by a 360,997 BTU/hr liquid propane burner wrapped inside a ceramic-insulated 1/2-inch Schedule 80 heating coil. Equipped with Programmable Smart Control Automation, operators can program time-delay shutdowns and auto start/stop functionality to maximize machine life. Standard equipment includes an internal float tank to trap sediment and regulate supply pressure, dual V-belt power transmission, adjustable temperature controls, a pressure relief safety valve, upstream detergent injection, hose reel mounting slot, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
